Pete is the Owner and designated Broker for Maguire Realty.  He has been in the Arizona Real Estate business since 1997 and has earned the following accreditations: Accredited Buyer Representative ( ABR ), and Graduate Realtor Institute ( GRI ). Pete has sold over 250 homes in the valley of the Sun and has received million and multi million dollar awards for those sales.

Over the last four years Pete has been honing his skills in the commercial Real Estate market. He has sold over 22,000,000 square feet of vacant land in Maricopa County, over 6,200,000 square feet of commercial building space for a total of $5,500,000.00 in gross sales and over 600 multi-family apartment units totaling $20,000,000.00 in gross sales.
